Summit Media Enterprises Limited trading as Public Sector Pages has ceased trading and instructed Kallis & Company to assist in convening a Meeting of Creditors pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986 for the purpose of liquidation. The meeting is scheduled for the 24th June 2013 at 11:00 am to be held at Kallis & Company, Mountview Court, 1148 High Road, London N20 0RA. You will note from the notice of the meeting that a resolution may be passed specifying the terms which the Liquidator is to be remunerated. 1. Will I get a refund?

Summit Media Enterprises Limited has ceased to trade and is no longer in a position to fulfil its obligations. Services paid for can no longer be provided and are debts of the company for which you must make a claim. Claims for paid services are unsecured liabilities and rank equally with other non-preferential unsecured liabilities. You should complete a Proof of Debt form and return it to Kallis & Company. 2. Who owns the rights to my profile? Can I re-use the design?

In accordance with the company’s terms & conditions you are free to re-use all intellectual property that relates to your business provided you have permission to use it.
